Bengal

Bengal is famous for  fish, politics, and its cold weather. When a kid is born in bengal, he learns that he has to stay covered in layers of clothes in order to stay warm and to survive cold weather. In winters even bears fell ashamed of what they are wearing in front of bengali people. As the cold keeps weather keeps growing every year, people are getting scared of living in a hilly area like bengal. Bengali people basically wear anything that can keep them warm.

Orissa

The village people wear orissa's traditional dress dhoti and kurta and the women of orissa wears folk sarees. The workers  put on a small piece of cloth on their shoulder called gamuchha, which they use for wiping their body's sweat off or they tie it around the head as turban when necessary. Lungi or dhoti is becoming popular amongst the younger people, but it is mostly used  as an everyday dress. Boys wear pants and shirts and girls wear vests and frocks. The youth of orissa and the urban folks have mostly adopted to the European  fashion; shalwar and kameej which is a northern dress has become  fashion amongst most modern girls. Simplicity is loosing its value in orissan girls. Many of young orrisan folks have discarded the old tradition, and started adapting a westernized clothing.
